Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is damaged upon delivery
- The product is missing from the order
- You received the wrong item
2. Return Request Time
You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
3. Proof Requirement
Clear photos or videos of the issue are required. This helps us verify and process your request quickly.
4. Return Process
Contact our support team with your order details. Share proof of the issue (damage, missing, or wrong item). Once approved, we will arrange return or replacement.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are provided only if a replacement is not available. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Amount will be credited to the original payment method.
6. Replacement Policy
Free replacement will be provided for eligible cases. Subject to product availability.
7. Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns for:
- Size issues or change of mind
- Used or washed products
- Minor color variations due to lighting
